Andy Harner

Andrew S. Harner:  Vice President of Finance

Andy has worked in the medical billing industry since 1993 serving in the areas of financial administration and physician practice data analysis. Prior to joining Quantum (recently acquired by Medusind), he worked for nine years in banking and finance positions involving retail lending and corporate cash management.

Barry Webb

Barry Webb: Vice President of IT Operations

Barry has been with Quantum (recently acquired by Medusind) since 1987.  Barry is responsible for all billing operations from demographic/charge electronic interface setup, claims processing and electronic remittance processing.  Also, he is responsible for the conversion of new clients’ accounts receivable from their existing computer system to Quantum.  Barry has been an active member of CAC for many years.

Claye Frank

N. Claye Frank, Jr.: Vice President of Business Development

Claye has been a part of Quantum Medical (recently acquired by Medusind) since 2003.  He is responsible for sales, marketing, managed care contract negotiations along with other administrative duties. Through twenty years in healthcare-related organizations, Claye has negotiated numerous hospital contracts, turnkey anatomical laboratory set-up, equipment lease and purchase agreements and managed care contracting.  His experience also includes commercial anatomical and clinical laboratory management and sales with several national laboratories.
